Glenlee For Every Generation

At Glenlee, we pride ourselves on bringing families and communities together. With this in mind, we’d like to welcome our first happy purchasers at Glenlee, Debra and her daughter Amanda, who both purchased within the estate.

Debrasaid Armstrong Creek was the perfect location for the family to live in a coastal town that’s close to an abundance of pre-established amenity. Previously living in Point Cook, Mum was searching for the idyllic location to downsize as she approaches a new stage in her life.

“We had spent ages looking in Geelong and the Armstrong Creek area, but we couldn’t find something we really liked until Glenlee became available,” said Debra.

“We wanted to make sure the parcel of land we plan to build on was close to the conservation area – being close to nature was a deciding factor when we chose to live at Glenlee.”

“I love the fact that we’ll be living so close to the beach. I can see myself heading down to Torquay to relax and enjoy its eateries, going for walks, and enjoying picnics outside with my daughter.”

Debrais looking forward to being close to Marshall train station, which provides a comfortable commute to her workplace in the city. With plans to build a Hampton-style home,Debraexpresses her hopes to live in Glenlee indefinitely.

“Now that my daughter has also purchased within the estate, I can really see this being my home forever,” said Debra.
