Geelong Carols by Candlelight
Christmas is here, which means that delicious meals, time with loved ones and of course, Christmas carols, are here too! This year the annual Geelong Carols by Candlelight is going into its 55th consecutive year of running, continually drawing a massive local crowd and proving to be one of the most popular Christmas events within the community since its inception in 1965.
It’s time to let your hair down and celebrate Christmas while you sing along with family and friends at Geelong’s iconic Johnstone Park.
The night will showcase a traditional carols programme that will be performed by local artists, choirs and a concert band.
Be sure to bring your blankets, chairs and picnic baskets and come ready for one of the festive season’s most entertaining nights!
This free event runs from 8:00pm until 10:00pm on Tuesday 24 December at Johnstone Park, 30 Gheringhap Street, Geelong.
