Geelong welcomes Sparrovale Wetlands!

The City of Greater Geelong has just released its plans for Sparrovale Wetlands, the future 500-hectare parkland which will one day neighbour Glenlee.

The sprawling natural parklands will be a popular attraction for many years to come for the future Glenlee community, with an abundance of natural plant and animal life, serene natural beauty and quiet spots to spend an afternoon.

The parklands will run along the east side of Glenlee, directly bordering the site. When complete, Sparrovale Wetlands will essentially be a part of the neighbourhood, with its serenity certain to give it landmark status.
