In Stages 1 and 2, Statements of Compliance have been achieved, with Titles and settlements imminent across both stages. Stage 3 isn’t far behind; the Statement of Compliance is imminent following practical completion.

In Stage 4, foundational bulk earthworks are now complete, paving the way forward for sewer and drainage, which is now underway.

When complete, Glenlee will be a thriving community that boasts connectivity to Geelong, access to some of Victoria’s best beaches and proximity to much-loved local attractions.
