2020 in Review

Despite a seismic shift in the way we live our lives, 2020 still brought significant progress across Glenlee, with new homes, site works and announcements combining to create a year worth celebrating.

Geelong welcomes Sparrovale Wetlands

In July, the City of Greater Geelong announced its plans for Sparrovale Wetlands; 500 hectares of future parklands that will directly border Glenlee. Bringing together sprawling parklands, picturesque surrounds, and an abundance of flora and fauna, Sparrovale Wetlands will be a destination for years to come.

Titles issued in Stages 1, 2 and 3

In November, titles were issued in Stages 1, 2 and 3, which have been buzzing with new home builds ever since. Stage 4 is also progressing, with foundational works across the Stage currently underway.

Glenlee welcomes new purchasers

Glenlee welcomed many new residents in 2020, one of which was Kyle. He’ll be making the move to Armstrong Creek from his home in Northcote, opting for a life in the connected regional hub of Glenlee.
