SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

As we ring in the new year at Glenlee, we’re also celebrating construction progress across the estate; works across Stages 1 – 5 are powering along, and Stage 6 will be launching soon.

Stages 1 – 3 have been buzzing with activity this year, with builders across the site hard at work constructing homes. It won’t be long before Glenlee’s first residents are moving into the estate, and settling in to a life in idyllic Armstrong Creek.

Meanwhile in Stage 4, concreting and footpath works are currently underway, paving the way forward for asphalt and further construction. With paths and roads well underway, Glenlee is rapidly evolving into a new neighbourhood.

In more good news for Glenlee, earthworks in Stage 5 have commenced and are currently progressing well.

For those of you eager to secure your slice of Glenlee, you won’t have to wait much longer – Stage 6B is set to launch soon, so keep an eye on the website for the most up-to-date information!
