Soak up the sun and enjoy the scenery at the Lorne Queenscliff Coastal Reserve

One of the best things about living in Glenlee is its proximity to so many beautiful nature reserves! Residents of Glenlee really will be spoilt for choice, with the abundance of stunning coastal walks and picnic spots all at your doorstep.

The Lorne Queenscliff Coastal Reserve is an idyllic escape from city life, and is only a 20-minute drive from Glenlee. Situated just off the Great Ocean Road, this reserve is a beautiful space for appreciating local flora and fauna.

With picturesque coastal views, visitors can enjoy peaceful walks in the fresh air. Paths are well kept and there are regular lookout points along the walking tracks. As this is a nature reserve, there is always a chance you’ll spot some Australian wildlife as well!

Suitable for the whole family, we suggest making a day of it and packing a picnic lunch. Alternatively, the nearby town of Torquay offers plenty of local cafes and restaurants for a snack after your day exploring the reserve.
