Meet the Boniface family, Glenlee’s 300th purchasers!

Monica and Brendan Boniface had been searching for property on-and-off for 18 months when they came across Glenlee – the pair realised very quickly that it ticked all their boxes.

Located just five minutes from their current home in Marshall, Glenlee had all the drawcards the young family was after – connection to Geelong, access to nearby coastal towns and beaches, and future parks and walking tracks.

Monica and Brendan found the experience at Glenlee easy from start to finish, resonating quickly with the area and getting along well with the sales team.

“ We’d been searching for about 18 months but nothing really stood out, we just couldn’t find the right block for us.

“ Once we came across Glenlee we pretty much locked it in straight away because we just really loved it.

“ The location really did stand out for us, it’s so close to the city and it’s nearby to our existing home, plus it’s close to all the other places we love to visit – Barwon Heads, the Geelong town centre, Waurn Ponds and Torquay.

“ We can’t wait to live near the parklands and walking tracks, especially the nearby river walks!” Monica said.

As Monica and Brendan’s home starts to take shape, they’re looking forward to meeting more of their future Glenlee neighbours.
