SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

It’s been another successful month at Glenlee, with the team braving the weather to work tirelessly across the stages under construction.

In Stage 6, asphalt works are complete, and practical completion has now been reached! Title registration is anticipated in August, and we look forward to seeing purchasers builds commence in the coming months. In Stage 7, concrete pouring for footpaths and crossovers was recently completed, allowing the team to commence final works including topsoiling and line marking. The team hopes to reach practical completion in Stage 7 by the end of August.

In Stages 8 and 9, drainage works are currently underway and nearing completion, while gas and water works are underway in Stage 8 and set to commence in Stage 9 shortly.

We’re also pleased to announce that bulk earthworks have begun in Stage 10, marking another exciting commencement milestone for the team at Glenlee.

On the sales front, limited amounts of lots are remaining in Stage 12 as they continue to fly out the door. Our Stage 13A release is coming soon and we’re excited about the prospect of welcoming new purchasers to experience life at Armstrong Creek!
