SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

It’s been an action-packed month on the ground at Glenlee, with works across various stages powering along towards completion.

We’re thrilled to share that the Statements of Compliance have now been received in Stage 6! We’re looking forward to Glenlee’s newest residents commencing the building works on their future homes.

In Stage 7, the class 2 road layer has been completed, and the team is expected to reach completion of priming and asphalting works in the coming week. At present, we anticipate Titles for Stage 7 to be received in late September.

In Stage 8, the team has completed drainage and road boxing, paving the way for stabilisation works. Works in Stage 9 are right behind Stage 8, with the sewer works complete and drainage currently underway, while in Stage 10 sewer works are nearing completion.

On the sales front, we have limited lots remaining in Stage 12, and we released our Stage 13A earlier in August! If you’ve been considering joining life at Armstrong Creek and the budding Glenlee community, now is the time.
