SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The first month of spring has flown by for the team on the ground at Glenlee, as works progress smoothly across all stages.
We’re thrilled to share that in Stage 7, the final authority approvals are closing out and Statement of Compliance is expected imminently, meaning that Glenlee’s newest residents will soon be kicking off their builds at Armstrong Creek!
In Stage 8, the class 3 layer of road is being put down, with kerb and channel works set to commence following class 3 completion. In Stage 9, water reticulation works are nearing completion, while the road is being prepared for putting down the class 3 layer.
In Stage 10, the capping layer of the road is now complete and watermain reticulation will be underway shortly.
We currently have limited lots available in Stage 12, and the Wylie Release in Stage 13 is selling quickly. If you’re interested in joining life at Glenlee in Armstrong Creek, now is your chance!
