SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a busy month on the ground at Glenlee, with works across the Stages under construction progressing smoothly as the team looks towards the end of the year.
In Stage 7, we’re pleased to share that Titles have been registered and settlements will occur soon! In Stage 8, electrical works and communications installations are now complete.
In Stage 9, the class 3 road layer has been placed, with the team on the ground currently undertaking kerb and channel works, while in Stage 10, water and gas reticulation works are complete and placing the class 3 road layer is currently underway.
In Stage 11, Authority approvals are closed off and construction will commence shortly, marking another exciting milestone for the team at Glenlee!
Currently, we are selling through the final lots in Stage 12, and lots in Stage 13 are also selling quickly! If you’re thinking about making the move to Glenlee at Armstrong Creek, now is the perfect opportunity.
