SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As we approach the end of the year, we’re pleased to share it has been another busy month for the team on the ground at Glenlee.
In some exciting news for Stage 7, all lots have now been settled! We look forward to welcoming our newest residents to kick off the builds of their future homes at Glenlee.
In Stage 8, asphalt has been placed and the team is currently line marking and working through authority audits. Titles for Stage 8 are expected to be received shortly.
In Stage 9, rock retaining walls and the footpath are now complete, preparing the site for the topsoiling works set to commence imminently.
In Stage 10, works on the class 3 road layer are currently underway, with kerb and channels works to follow once the road layer is completed. In Stage 11, earthworks are set to commence in the coming days.
From the Glenlee Sales Office, a handful of lots in Stage 12 remain and the Stage 13 release is selling fast!
