SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a great start to the year for the team at Glenlee, with works powering along across the Stages as we kick off for 2023!
We’re thrilled to share that all lots in Stage 8 are now settled! We look forward to Glenlee’s newest residents getting started on their builds.
In Stage 9, Practical Completion has been achieved and final authority audits are currently being closed out, with Titles expected shortly.
The team are also pleased to announce that in Stage 10, kerb and channel works are now fully complete and electrical reticulation works have commenced.
Site establishment works have recently been completed in Stage 11, paving the way for bulk earthworks to commence in February.
On the sales front, Stages 12 and 13 are currently on the market, so if you are interested in joining the growing community of Glenlee at Armstrong Creek, now is the time!
