SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
March is off to a flying start for the Glenlee team, with works progressing smoothly across the Stages under construction.
In Stage 9, we’re pleased to share that Titles have now been registered, with lots expected to settle by the end of the month!
In Stage 10, asphalt works are now complete, with line marking currently underway. We expect to close off final authority approvals in the coming weeks.
In Stage 11, sewer reticulation works continue, while drainage works are set to commence later this month.
We’re excited to report that construction will be commencing soon in Stage 12! We are currently selling through the final lots of this Stage, so if you’ve been considering securing your slice of life at Glenlee in Armstrong Creek, now is your chance.
