SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a busy start to the month for the team at Glenlee, with some exciting milestones on the horizon for May.
In Stage 10, we are proud to share that all lots have now been Titled! We look forward to welcoming our newest residents as they get started on their home builds.
In Stage 11, water and gas reticulation works have begun, with road boxing works set to commence in mid-May. While in Stage 12, works have been formally awarded to a civil contractor, with construction to commence shortly!
