SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Works are powering along at Glenlee, with the team working hard across the Stages under construction.
In Stage 10, we’re pleased to share that all Lots have now been settled! We look forward to seeing new builds commencing here in the coming months.
In Stage 11, road boxing and service crossing works are complete, with water and gas reticulation works currently underway.
In Stage 12, the civil team has commenced site establishment works, marking a major milestone for the project team. We look forward to sharing further updates as works progress.
From the Sales Office, we are currently selling the final lots in Stage 12, and for a limited time only, just a $10,000 land deposit is required on selected lots in this Stage. While Release 13B has also recently launched to market – so if you’ve been thinking about securing your slice of life at Glenlee, now is the time!
