SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another busy month for the team at Glenlee, with construction progressing smoothly on stages 11 and 12 and more exciting milestones on the horizon for August!
In Stage 11, road kerb and electrical installation works are complete, with footpath and driveway concreting ongoing. Topsoiling works are set to commence later this month with the final road base layer to be laid following this.
In Stage 12, bulk earthworks are complete, with sewer installation works ongoing and drainage works to follow.
From the Sales Office, we’re excited to announce that you can secure one of the last remaining lots in Stage 12 with just a $10k deposit!
