SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The team at Glenlee has had a productive month, with construction progressing on Stages 11 and 12 and some more exciting milestones on the horizon!
In Stage 11, the asphalt and line marking works were completed. As a result, we are pleased to announce that Practical Completion for the civil works has been achieved. The team is now working towards obtaining Statement of Compliance (SOC) from the relevant Authorities. An update will be sent to purchasers in this Stage once this has been achieved.
In Stage 12, water and gas works are continuing to progress. Subgrade excavation has also commenced, with subgrade improvement works scheduled for October.
We’re excited to announce that you can secure one of the last remaining lots in Stage 12 with just a $10k deposit! Meanwhile, Stage 13 continues to receive plenty of interest.
