It’s been another great month for the Glenlee team, with construction progressing nicely across all active stages.
In exciting news, Stage 11 recently received Statement of Compliance! Only a short time remains until the next Stage of Glenlee residents can commence their dream home builds.
In Stage 12, rock retaining wall construction continued, the first layer of crushed rock was laid to the road base, and subsoil drainage works commenced. Kerb and channel works is expected to commence shortly.
For a limited time, you can secure a near Titled lot in Stage 12 with only a $10K deposit! There are also fantastic opportunities in Stage 13, which continues to receive plenty of interest and has Titles anticipated for Q3 2024.
