Enjoy the best local flavours at Lara Food and Wine Festival

This March, the historic Pirra Homestead in Lara will transform into a one-stop culinary shop, complete with scrumptious stalls, enticing exhibitions and delicious demonstrations!

The Lara Food and Wine Festival features food and wine from 70 of the region’s best producers, alongside entertainment for the kids, an appearance from celebrity chef Simon Toohey and a music line-up showcasing the best local talents.

Cooking demonstrations will see well-known chefs working to mentor local VET students, culminating in a Master and Apprentice cook-off against other teams.

Running from 10:00am until 4:00pm, the festival is the perfect place to bring your family, a picnic mat and most importantly an empty stomach as you try the best flavours that Lara has to offer.
