In Stage 12, the team is continuing to work hard towards achieving Statement of Compliance (SOC), which is anticipated to be received shortly. Following this, Titles will be lodged with Land Use Victoria (LUV) and Settlements will follow soon after. Settlements are currently estimated to occur in May. Stay tuned for further updates once Statement of Compliance (SOC) has been achieved.
