Meet your Glenlee sales agent, Brooke Hipworth.

Brooke has been in the sales industry for 22 years and during that time has worked on new communities and selling new homes in Victoria and Perth. She has spent the last eight years selling land across Geelong, Lara, and Ballarat.

Brooke has a wealth of experience and enjoys working with first home buyers, second home buyers, downsizers, and investors alike! She appreciates that they all have different requirements when looking to buy and one of Brooke’s favourite parts of her job is helping to tailor house and land packages to suit any type of buyer.

Brooke has been our sales agent at Glenlee since August 2022. Her experience in the industry gives her the knowledge to know everything there is to know about buying a home, and the different challenges that could emerge in this process. Brooke very much enjoys helping clients with their property purchasing journey. She uses her personal experience from building her own home to guide customers and loves watching them get excited along the way, from land settlement to handover.

Brooke stays motivated and is driven by being helpful and dependable, learning new things every day, and seeing the physical aspects of the project come to life stage by stage during her time as the sales agent.

Personally, Brooke is motivated by setting goals for her future and her passion. These include travel, gardening, music, and her pets. Her favourite pizza topping is chilli, and she also doesn’t mind a bit of karaoke. Her favourite song at the moment is Style Council – Shout To The Top.
