Looking back on Glenlee in 2024

Looking back on 2024, we’re pausing to reflect on the standout milestones that made this year one to remember for Glenlee.

Looking at Glenlee’s development, we were proud to see the successful Titling of Stage 12 in June, where 30+ future households have now commenced their new home build. Stage 13, which features a Tree Reserve and 53 lots, is also set to commence construction in the New Year.

As 2024 closes we’re excited to announce over 90 percent of Glenlee is now sold out, marking a huge milestone for the community as it continues to attract purchasers seeking a perfect balance of convenience and nature.

We are also proud to share this year Glenlee was a finalist in the 2024 UDIA Awards for the Residential Subdivision category, a category that highlights exceptional masterplan design, planning, and liveability.

It was also exciting to hear the Geelong City Councils plan for the addition of the new Sparrovale Dog Park, which residents (and their furry friends) can look forward to enjoying in the near future.
