Take the family strawberry picking

If you like us agree there’s almost nothing better than the sweet taste of summer, then you’re in luck because the Surf Coast Strawberry Fields has officially reopened for its 2025 season!

Located at 2 McCanns Rd, Mount Duneed, only a short 10-minute drive away from our Glenlee community, the farm is open every day from 9:30am – 5pm with last entry at 4:30pm.

This farm-fresh picking “paddock to punnet” experience is open to all, welcoming visitors to explore over 90 acres of strawberries.

The farm store also offers ice cream, cold drinks, jams, and 1kg pre-picked punnets of strawberries to take home for friends and family.

For those wanting to participate in a traditional “pick your own” experience out in the fields, adult tickets are priced at $8.50 for a 500g punnet or $12 for 1kg, with children priced slightly less at $4 per 250g punnet. Children under 3 are free.

If you’re looking to bring the whole family along tickets can be purchased for $23 which allows for two adults to enjoy a 500g punnet and two children to enjoy 250g punnets each.
