Exciting New Multi-Sport Facility Coming to Armstrong Creek

We are excited to share that a new facility is coming to the area for Glenlee residents and the wider Geelong community to enjoy. The Armstrong Creek Multi-Sport Facility promises to be an incredible addition to the surrounding amenities.

Set to be built in Armstrong Creek, the sports centre will feature four indoor multi-sport courts, outdoor netball and basketball hoops, parkour facilities, a skating area, and even table tennis equipment. The facility will also include a café and gathering space, making it the perfect spot to relax with friends or family after a game. Other key amenities will include changing facilities and a dedicated sensory room to ensure accessibility for all visitors.

The new facility will also include plenty of open green areas to unwind or enjoy a leisurely walk.

Designed by Warren and Mahoney Architects and developed in close collaboration with the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation, this new facility will be a dynamic community hub, offering a space for locals to stay active and connect with each other. It’s also part of a broader investment by the Victorian Government’s Regional Sports Infrastructure Program, which supports 16 new and upgraded sports projects across the state.

Stay tuned for more updates as this exciting new centre progresses , which will serve the Glenlee community and the Greater Geelong area!
