Sales & Construction Update

Construction continues to progress well at Glenlee, with important milestones recently achieved across both Stage 13 and Stage 14 as the community moves through its final phases.

In Stage 13, landscaping works have now been completed, marking the delivery of this stage in its final form. A key highlight is the opening of the Stage 13 Tree Reserve, providing residents with a new green space to enjoy and reinforcing Glenlee’s strong connection to nature. Construction of homes has now commenced, and we look forward to welcoming our newest residents into the community as their homes finish construction later this year. 

Over in Stage 14, substantial progress has been made on-site. Bulk earthworks and sewer installation works are now complete, bringing the project another step closer to delivery. Drainage works are currently nearing completion, with water and gas installation works set to commence later this month.

From a sales perspective, a limited selection of wetland-facing lots in Stage 14 are now available, offering a rare opportunity to secure land with outlooks toward the surrounding natural environment. Excitingly, a new townhouse release is coming soon, providing further options for buyers looking to join this established Armstrong Creek community.
