Sales & Construction Update

Construction at Glenlee has continued to progress well throughout May.

Stage 14 is now approaching completion and works remain on track for titles in June 2026*. Electrical works and road kerbs have now been completed, with footpaths, driveways and topsoiling also nearing completion. Lot grading is set to commence shortly, marking one of the final stages of construction before delivery.

With the project nearing completion, the Glenlee Sales Office is now closed. However, private appointments can still be arranged within the community with our team.

A limited selection of wetland-facing, double storey four-bedroom townhomes remains available, offering one of the final opportunities to become part of the Glenlee community.
