Construction on the final stage at Glenlee, Stage 14, is approaching practical completion, with progress continuing through June despite some recent weather disruptions. Titles are now anticipated in early July 2026*.

Top soiling and footpath works have now been completed, with asphalting currently underway as the final stages of construction progress.

While the Glenlee Sales Office is now closed, our team remains available for private appointments within the community.

All land lots at Glenlee have now sold out. A limited selection of wetland-facing, double storey four-bedroom townhomes remains available, offering one of the final opportunities to become part of the Glenlee community.
