It’s been a busy end to winter at Glenlee, with exciting milestones on the horizon as we move closer to completing this Armstrong Creek community. Stage 13 civil works are now complete, and the team is progressing through the final authority approvals ahead of Statement of Compliance and Title Registration.
Important notice on the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee
Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places for FY2025 and 2026. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

This March from Friday 28 – Sunday 30, the Avalon Australian International Airshow is coming to town! Set to be the Southern Hemisphere’s largest airshow and aerospace exposition, this three-day event will showcase breathtaking flying displays with military and civilian aircrafts, plus give visitors the opportunity to get up close and personal with aircrafts on the ground.
