We are excited to share that a new facility is coming to the area for Glenlee residents and the wider Geelong community to enjoy. The Armstrong Creek Multi-Sport Facility promises to be an incredible addition to the surrounding amenities.

The team at Glenlee is excited to share the latest construction update! We are pleased to announce that civil construction works have now commenced in Stage 13, with bulk earthworks recently completed and sewer construction on-going.

If you like us agree there’s almost nothing better than the sweet taste of summer, then you’re in luck because the Surf Coast Strawberry Fields has officially reopened for its 2025 season! Located at 2 McCanns Rd, Mount Duneed, only a short 10-minute drive away from our Glenlee community, the farm is open every day from 9:30am – 5pm with last entry at 4:30pm.

Looking back on 2024, we’re pausing to reflect on the standout milestones that made this year one to remember for Glenlee. Looking at Glenlee’s development, we were proud to see the successful Titling of Stage 12 in June, where 30+ future households have now commenced their new home build.

Held on 30 November at Steampacket Gardens, the event is free and welcomes everyone down to enjoy a star-studded line up of performers and Santa visit for the kids.

We’re thrilled to announce that The City of Greater Geelong has proposed a concept plan for a fenced dog park for the Sparrovale-Nubitj yoorree Wetlands & Conservation Reserve, set to be built with direct access from Glenlee! The new dog park will be conveniently located off Rechenberg Blvd and feature beautiful indigenous plants, secure fencing, and gravel paths, offering a safe area for dog owners and their furry friends, whilst also protecting the native wildlife.

We have exciting news from the team at Glenlee this month! We are thrilled to share that construction in Stage 13, Glenlee’s second last stage, is expected to commence soon, with Titles forecasted for Q3 2025.

The Sparrovale-Nubitj yoorree Wetlands & Conservation Reserve is poised to become a vibrant community engagement and tourism hub, thanks to the City of Greater Geelong’s 20-year master plan. This development aims to transform the wetlands into a world-class 500-hectare nature reserve right on Glenlee’s doorstep.

A peaceful, grassy, woodland gem located between the Surf Coast Highway and Horseshoe Bend Road – Dooliebeal Reserve is the perfect spot for a long family walk or fitness focused solo run.
