We’re halfway through winter but that doesn’t mean activity at Glenlee in Armstrong Creek has cooled down! Foundational works are underway throughout the project, which is situated a stone’s throw from Victoria’s second CBD, Geelong.

The City of Greater Geelong has just released its plans for Sparrovale Wetlands, the future 500-hectare parkland which will one day neighbour Glenlee. The sprawling natural parklands will be a popular attraction for many years to come for the future Glenlee community, with an abundance of natural plant and animal life, serene natural beauty and quiet spots to spend an afternoon.

ID_Land’s Glenlee in Armstrong Creek has continued progressing over the last few months, as more and more buyers opt for a life near Victoria’s second CBD, Geelong. Stages 1 – 3 are nearing completion, and buyers there will be looking forward to receiving their titles which are due shortly.
