Geelong will be aglow for this year’s Christmas projections
A true highlight of spending Christmas in the City of Greater Geelong is enjoying the stunning Christmas-themed projections that light up City Hall each year. Taking inspiration from traditional gift-giving and the exhilarating wrapping and unwrapping that warms so many hearts throughout the Christmas period, this year’s projections are a diverse collection of designs and musical compositions inspired by the local community.

It’s time to Run4Geelong!
Run4Geelong is returning to the streets of Geelong on Sunday 13 November. Run4Geelong raises funds for the Barwon Health Foundation, with 100% of the registration fee going directly to supporting Barwon Health.

It’s been a busy month on the ground at Glenlee, with works across the Stages under construction progressing smoothly as the team looks towards the end of the year. In Stage 7, we’re pleased to share that Titles have been registered and settlements will occur soon!
Important notice on the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee
Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

We’re thrilled to share that in Stage 7, the final authority approvals are closing out and Statement of Compliance is expected imminently, meaning that Glenlee’s newest residents will soon be kicking off their builds at Armstrong Creek!
