As we ring in the new year at Glenlee, we’re also celebrating construction progress across the estate; works across Stages 1 – 5 are powering along, and Stage 6 will be launching soon. Stages 1 – 3 have been buzzing with activity this year, with builders across the site hard at work constructing homes.

Despite a seismic shift in the way we live our lives, 2020 still brought significant progress across Glenlee, with new homes, site works and announcements combining to create a year worth celebrating. Geelong welcomes Sparrovale Wetlands In July, the City of Greater Geelong announced its plans for Sparrovale Wetlands; 500 hectares of future parklands that will directly border Glenlee.

As we approach the festive season, the team at Glenlee is celebrating the progress made across the estate, with various Stages coming to life before our very eyes. Stages 1 – 3 have been buzzing with activity these last few weeks, as new home builds get underway and builders continue their hard work on-site.
